1. You receive all or part payment of the debt.
2. The debtor contacts you to make alternative arrangements for payment.
3. The debtor raises a dispute with you over debt.

It is important that you tell us about these things so we do not send any further notices to the debtor.

Nexus will notify you via email 7 - 10 days after the final notice is sent to offer you the opportunity to refer the debt on for further collection action under our regular terms of trade.
