Q-Collect is available to all registered users.

For a once only fee of $34.95 (Inc. GST) per debt lodged, Nexus will send your debtor a series of three demand notices, each notice 7 - 10 days apart escalating the urgency of the matter. 

The third and final notice warns the debtor that legal action may be taken and their credit rating will be adversely affected if the debt remains unpaid. 

If after the three notices are sent, your debt remains unpaid, we will contact you at the email address that you provided when you registered. You may then elect for Nexus to take the debt on as a full recovery job where our standard scale of fees will apply. 

Remember, if we can't collect the debt using our full debt recovery process, we charge you nothing at all aside from the $34.95 that you have already spent on the Q-Collect Letters.
