Nexus Collections Pty Ltd is a Brisbane based commercial debt recovery and credit management specialist formed in 1994. We operate two trading entities, Nexus Collections Pty Ltd which conducts our debt recovery work, and Nexus Credit Management which conducts our receivables managment operations.
Nexus is far from your run of the mill debt collection business. Unlike the bigger names in our industry we don't run offshore call centres and we make no apologies for the fact that we only employ mature experienced debt recovery specialists in our business. In fact all of our collections staff have had a minimum of 10 years debt collection experience with many of them approaching the 20 and 30 year mark.
There isn't a good excuse that we haven't already heard nor one that we're not well equipped to deal with ensuring a favourable outcome for the only person that matters, you.
Steve Downs, Managing Director of Nexus started his career in debt recovery with a major bank in 1987 moving into private enterprise working in fraud investigation, internal investigations and loss recovery for a major Australian private label credit card provider. Steve is a member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
